Bye bye christmas pudding

This will probably be a short blog tonight as not long got back from group but I am absolutely over the moon I lost 5lbs tonight :D that is the christmas puddingness gone in two weeks and I am back to where I was before I ate far too much!

So for those who do not know this is me...

Taken at group tonight modelling my new tshirt and my 3 stone less figure...oh and my friends hat/scarf. I never like my picture being taken as I always feel I look crap but I love this one.

Next week I want to be in the next stone bracket and need to lose just 2.5lbs to do that but I will lose more! I am feeling very focused and determined at the moment.

Food wise today it was another day on plan which started with an experiment...on our facebook group someone had mentioned carrot cake porridge which is made with porridge, milk or yoghurt (I used yoghurt) cinnamon  nutmeg, sweetener and grated carrot....may sound weird but honestly its gorgeous!

I will certainly have it again it was so tasty.

I decided to alternate a bit between coffee and green tea today I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed it

Lunch was leftovers from last nights dinner which tasted better the next day along with some fruit

This kept me going until I got home from group. Ive never eaten before group so havnt wanted to start. I tend to have a whatever I fancy dinner on weigh in night and to date it hasn't affected my losses....falling off plan the rest of week does that. Tonight we had quorn garlic and herb goujons which are 1.5 syns each and they were gorgeous! My naughty treat was the curly fries I had with it though as Rich cooked the portion of fries wasn't as big as I would have done ;)

I had a blob of extra light mayo too and it was scrummy.

So onto a new week and a focused goal...we have our meals for the week planned out and I will have lots of superfree as normal. On that note I better sort out lunch for tomorrow!
