Time for the pledge

I have been really struggling recently and I have completed neglected my blog. I have resorted back to eating the wrong things and binging in secret. I wasn't being honest about it and  was hiding away. In the end it took a chat with a good friend and being honest for me to face up to what I was doing. I ended up posting all about it on The Purple Bus and got so much support it made me feel better. The guys and girls on there are amazing and really made me believe in myself again. I was feeling like a complete failure but I know I am not and I just need to take it one meal at a time one day at a time. I decided to make a fresh start today and not beat myself up. If your struggling or not feel free to join us its a great bunch of people x
In other news I am still off work and I am still ill....not happy for this to still be going on but the doctor is taking action which is good. It has left me completely exhausted and doing little things is causing me issues. I did manage to get out and about for a walk with my lovely Jen today with master Doug which was good fun and I am going to try and get out and walk him a little bit each day just to build myself up.

I have also signed up to my course and am back being a book nerd....I have started nice and easy with criminal law! How much more interesting than murder and robbery can you get!

Today apart from the walk has been a quiet day where I did very little except focused on getting back on plan and generally trying to get better. Me and Rich has spent the evening spawning superheroes in an awesome game called Scribblenauts Unmasked

Food wise I have had a perfect day and I'm really happy with it. I got so much support last night and during today and it has made me believe I can do this. I am taking it one meal at a time.

Food Diary
Breakfast
Good way to start the day with a slimming world friendly 'fry up' the sausages are the quorn low fat ones that are syn free and the bacon is quorn and 1.5 for two slices. I toasted some bread (HEB) and topped it with my little pony sketti and had the mushrooms and plum tomatoes as my superfree.

Lunch
Good old speed soup

Dinner
Quorn mince Sheppard pie with lots of veggies and topped with the carrot and swede mash and cheese (HEA) and more veg on the side.

Pudding
Rice pudding with yogurt, raisins (2 boxes for 5 syns) and a nana. I also had a chocolate orange hifi bar (HEB). A nice way to end the day.

So that's it for me today I must get into the habit again of blogging daily and photographing my food regardless of what I eat. I need to ensure I am honest with what I am eating.
